Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under $70 | FREE for orders $70 and above
Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days after processing
Express Shipping: $15.00 (all order values)
Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days after processing

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

When ordering from outside the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

Typical charges range from 0-25% of the order value, plus handling fees

We cannot predict, control, or refund these charges
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
Delivery Method: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you are responsible for all customs charges upon delivery.

Potential Delays:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
Remote or rural delivery locations
Incomplete or incorrect address information
Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
Check common delivery locations (porch, mailbox, package room)

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delays caused by incomplete address information
Additional shipping costs to reship to a corrected address
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@auraviabella.com.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required customs charges, you are responsible for:

Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
Return shipping costs
Any customs fees, penalties, or storage charges
Restocking fees may apply
Refunds for refused packages will be issued only after the package is returned to our supplier, minus all applicable fees.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes (for most carriers)
Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Freight forwarders
Countries not listed in our shipping zones

Order Modifications and Cancellations
