REFUND POLICY

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@auraviabella.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage. We'll provide a full refund or replacement.

Returns

Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products including skincare serums, creams, hair oils, and treatments.

Unopened items may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Contact info@auraviabella.com to request approval before returning any items. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. A return address will be provided upon approval.

For orders under $30, we may offer partial store credit or a partial refund without requiring physical return, as return shipping costs may exceed the product value.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used personal care products
Products without proof of purchase
Items returned without prior authorization
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Wrong Item Shipped

If we sent the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable. If your order is refused or returned due to customs issues, you are responsible for all associated fees.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider and location. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in denial of future orders. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
